My Profession
I am Annette Rudolph, a passionate HR professional, certified coach, and change manager with boundless energy and a keen curiosity about people and their effectiveness within organizations.
I learned HR work from the ground up as a working student during my studies and have since continuously expanded and developed my expertise and skills in various internal roles (HR business partner, project and leadership roles) both nationally and internationally.
My desire for further professional and personal development led me to transition into HR consulting in 2014 and then into self-employment.
I now have more than 25 years of experience in operational and strategic human resources management across various industries, company sizes, and corporate cultures.
Precisely because I remember HR work from a time when a large portion of resources was tied up in administrative processes, I am a strong advocate of digital HR processes – supported by the consistent use of an HR management and information system and the targeted application of AI.
This frees up HR to invest resources in areas that make a tangible contribution to the company’s success.
About Me
Together with my husband and our three children I live near Frankfurt, in Hanau, the city of the Brothers Grimm. We often spend time outdoors, enjoy traveling, and love exploring other countries and cultures together.
Other sources of energy for me include running, playing tennis, and doing Pilates, as well as Frankfurt’s cultural offerings.
