Coaching Approach

My professional journey has been shaped by working with diverse individuals and by a fascination with their unique qualities. Recognizing employee potential within a business context, fostering it effectively, and utilizing it in a way that contributes to both the company’s success and personal development is central to my professional practice.

I am convinced that every person possesses the skills and potential to successfully overcome challenges, find fulfillment, or forge new paths. In coaching, I support you in (re)discovering this potential through structured self-reflection, overcoming limitations, and positively transforming your situation.

Through my work, I promote your self-reflection and help you gain a clear—sometimes new and surprising—perspective on your abilities and talents, on situations, and on alternative solutions, enabling you to actively implement these insights.

Coaching process

During a no-obligation initial digital consultation, we’ll first get to know each other and discuss your situation, my general approach, and the overall context.
After this conversation, you’ll know whether you’d like to place your trust in me and whether coaching is the right fit for you.

In our first coaching session, we’ll take a closer look at your issue and outline what you hope to achieve through successful coaching. During this session, we’ll reflect on and focus on your question with a solution-oriented approach.
It’s not uncommon for your specific concern to evolve at this stage, and the parameters and success factors defined for the coaching may also change.

In the subsequent coaching sessions, you will develop (alternative) solutions as well as concrete and clear courses of action for your specific issue.

A coaching session typically lasts 90 minutes. The total number of sessions required depends on your specific issue and how the coaching progresses.

Our sessions take place at locations in Hanau, Frankfurt, or online.

Other locations within Germany are also possible.

Career Coaching
